Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to browse, personalize and order from Oso Amazing, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We’re a small shop and still working toward that across every page; this statement explains where we are and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

• A “skip to content” link at the top of pages, and a logical heading structure.
• Pages are built to work with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
• Buttons, form fields and controls have text labels that screen readers announce.
• Product photos have written descriptions (alternative text).
• Text and backgrounds are chosen for readable contrast, and layouts reflow when you zoom in.
• Animations respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
• Pages adapt to phones and tablets, and work in either orientation.

We know about these and are working on them:

• Photos shared by customers and reviews imported from Etsy may have only a short or generic description.
• Some product photos have automatically written descriptions that may not capture every detail of a piece.
• Checkout is provided by Shopify, and its accessibility is managed by Shopify rather than us.
• Our chat helper is an extra way to get help; everything it does can also be done on the product pages or by emailing us.

If anything on our site is hard to use, or you’d like information in another format, email support@osoamazing.com. Tell us the page and what happened if you can, and what device or assistive technology you use. We’ll reply within 5 business days.

Can’t complete an order? Email us what you’d like — the product, options and any personalization — and we’ll take your order and personalization details by email and send you a secure payment link.

The site is designed for current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge) and assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS and TalkBack. Older browsers may not display everything as intended.

We review our pages ourselves using keyboard-only navigation, screen readers and automated checks, and when we change the site. This statement was last reviewed on September 24, 2026.
