Fit: Crest tubes have small threads. We tested it and it fit on all the current Crest tubes that we own. It was barely loose but didn't pop off and worked great. Colgate threads are thick, it fits these as well but it will take some force to put it on. Most tubes fit like these two brands. We can safely say it fits most toothpastes, but if yours has a an extra small opening or extra large, message us first so we can investigate.
Cleaning: Not fishwasher safe, but can easily be cleaned with warm (not hot) water, dish soap, and a little but of baking soda. Let it soak in baking soda water if needed and hand scrub.
This is not a full blown cap, just an extension to provide entertainment to an otherwise mundane routine day. It will not seal the toothpaste off. For that, the orignal cap should be used.
